Recipes

Hello and welcome to the IPOM recipe page – here you will find all recipes categorized below according to category. All recipes featured are made using whole, real, & recognizable foods with limited requirements for kitchen gadgets & appliances, though there is surely a place for a high powered blender in any kitchen and it is worth every penny of investment, in my opinion.

The philosophy here is simple: cooking and eating well needn’t be overly expensive and time consuming (unless you want it to be), but it should be enjoyable & accessible. To many healthy meals!

    Hi Shira,
I came across your blog recently and scanned through all of it :) LOVED the recipes and am all set to try a couple of ‘em including the brussel sprouts salad. Frankly a lot of your recipes have inspired me to try out greens that I never did (for whatever silly reasons!). Thanks! Looking forward to many more and the book :)

Hey, just wanted to let you know your Sweet Summer Smoothie link isn’t pulling up the smoothie post (cherry almond). I was trying to just e-mail you (didn’t want to leave comment) but couldn’t find a contact e-mail.

Ooops! Sorry Lilly Sue – thanks for letting me know, it’s all fixed now! Weird about my email, I’ll look into that too!
