Hello and welcome to the IPOM recipe page – here you will find all recipes categorized below according to category. All recipes featured are made using whole, real, & recognizable foods with limited requirements for kitchen gadgets & appliances, though there is surely a place for a high powered blender in any kitchen and it is worth every penny of investment, in my opinion.

The philosophy here is simple: cooking and eating well needn’t be overly expensive and time consuming (unless you want it to be), but it should be enjoyable & accessible. Noted are recipes that are fully vegan (V) and gluten-free (GF). To many healthy meals!

    I came across your blog recently and scanned through all of it :) LOVED the recipes and am all set to try a couple of ’em including the brussel sprouts salad.     I notice that you have removed your cauliflower, chickpea with green peppers, spring onions and artichoke hearts with the basil Dijon mustard dressing. I love this recipe and came to find it only to see it not there. I have to say that I did tweek this recipe a bit and did not use the artichoke hearts and added dried craisins to the mix. Otherwise, it is a delicious recipe filled with great nutients for someone like me that cannot eat leafy greens. Love your website and found today that it has moved. Can you somehow connect the two so it automatically takes you to the new site? Thank you!

    your recipes look great! one thing though, maybe it’s me, but listing the recipes out of alphabetical order makes it super hard to find specific stuff. breaking them down into type of recipe is helpful, and then “whoa, what is this?!”.

    just a suggestion!
