Hello and welcome to the IPOM recipe page – here you will find all recipes categorized below according to category. All recipes featured are made using whole, real, & recognizable foods with limited requirements for kitchen gadgets & appliances, though there is surely a place for a high powered blender in any kitchen and it is worth every penny of investment, in my opinion.

The philosophy here is simple: cooking and eating well needn’t be overly expensive and time consuming (unless you want it to be), but it should be enjoyable & accessible. To many healthy meals!

    Hi Shira,
I came across your blog recently and scanned through all of it :) LOVED the recipes and am all set to try a couple of ’em including the brussel sprouts salad. Frankly a lot of your recipes have inspired me to try out greens that I never did (for whatever silly reasons!). Thanks! Looking forward to many more and the book :)

Hey, just wanted to let you know your Sweet Summer Smoothie link isn’t pulling up the smoothie post (cherry almond). I was trying to just e-mail you (didn’t want to leave comment) but couldn’t find a contact e-mail.

Ooops! Sorry Lilly Sue – thanks for letting me know, it’s all fixed now! Weird about my email, I’ll look into that too!

Actually I need to seriously thank you Lilly Sue as I finally arranged the recipe section (it needed it) – thank you for the push!

    Hi Shira!!
Your website is so inspiring, well organized and beautiful. I am participating in a 12 week fitness challenge with 600 other woman (starting Monday) call Fit to the Core….I just shared your blog on our group Facebook page so that they can all have access to your healthy, radical recipes. Bravo.

I notice that you have removed your cauliflower, chickpea with green peppers, spring onions and artichoke hearts with the basil Dijon mustard dressing. I love this recipe and came to find it only to see it not there. I have to say that I did tweek this recipe a bit and did not use the artichoke hearts and added dried craisins to the mix. Otherwise, it is a delicious recipe filled with great nutients for someone like me that cannot eat leafy greens. Love your website and found today that it has moved. Can you somehow connect the two so it automatically takes you to the new site? Thank you!

I was looking for your Killer Kale Pesto that was mentioned in your Ckickpea Flatbread recipe, but didn’t see it in the list of sauces and spreads. Did I overlook it?
